By accessing or using Cognocient, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cognocient is an LLM cost intelligence platform designed for engineering and finance teams. We provide API proxy services, cost attribution, budget enforcement, and analytics reporting.

3. API Usage and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, proxy keys, and provider API keys. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms of service of any third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure) you connect to our platform.

4. Billing and Payments

Access to premium features requires a valid subscription. All billing is handled via our payment processor (Paddle). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cognocient, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
